River Fire Menu

Our two chefs will be on broad  this year to prepare a great finger food package for the rive fire night.

Classic smoked salmon blinis
Individual spinach and fetta quiche
Petite Beef burgers
Mini American hot dogs with onion and mustard
Roast Beef en croute with horseradish cream
Greek salad on stick
Peri Peri Prawns with aioli
Traditional lamb skewers
Honey Chicken Kebabs
An assortment of bite size pizzas
Fresh fish and chip cups with tartare sauce.
Chicken and Mushroom vol au vents.
Plus all your other favorites like wedges, chips, calamari,
fish bites, ect.

River Fire returns to the skies over Brisbane in a spectacular display of choreographed colour and music the bridges, rooftops and skies above Brisbane City will light up the river for Brisbane's most popular annual celebration.
The gravity defying Roulette will begin the festivities with an awesome display of aerodynamic precision. The island party boat will have a front row seat  on the north quay boat wharf to best see all the action. RAAF F-111* strike jet will sweep low over the city, reaching speeds of up to 800kph before performing the crowd favorite ‘dump and burn’ display..

 

Please note:
Sailing on the night is at the discretion of the Brisbane Harbour Master due to the fire works activities. We will endeavour to sail as soon as possible after the fireworks if allowed by the authorities.
