I would like to extend an invitation to you, to bring your School to the Island Party Boat to celebrate your School’s Formal or Semi Formal functions.

The Island Party Boat has provided the perfect setting for school formals for over the last 15 years, with some schools returning every year over this entire period.

The Island Party Boat is an ideal venue for School Formals. Apart from a fantastic view, we provide a safe environment with a choice of entertainment and menus. Once on the Island Party Boat the students are in an open space but a confined area. The students are unable to leave and no “uninvited” guests can enter. the Island Party Boat can even provide professional Security staff if you wish.

Our fully qualified Chef can create a menu to suit your schools requirements. Specialised dietary requirements including, but not limited to, gluten free, vegetarian and halal options are no problem.

I am confident the Island Party Boat can offer your school a memorable and successful function at a competitive price but why take just my word for it? THE ISLAND PARTY BOAT

 

 

All cruises include the following features below

 

o        Three hour cruise, the hours of your choice

 

o        Unlimited softdrinks for the duration of your cruise - Coca Cola, Sprite, Lemonade, Diet Coke, Kirks Dry Ginger Ale, Orange Juice.

 

o        Dinner - as per your selection from the menus attached.

 

o        Entertainment – providing a DJ for the evening with whom you may speak to prior to your function to ensure your selection of music is perfect. We have disco lights and a mirror ball above our huge dance floor big enough for everyone to let loose.  

 

o        The boat will be decorated for your function...if you require specific school colours please notify us upon booking.

 

o        Each student will receive a photograph of their special evening taken by our professional photographer.  These will be forwarded to the school,   

     approximately one week after the function.

 

A safe & secure venue that is open space but also has the safety where students are unable to leave, or ‘uninvited guests’ enter. We can also supply professional security guards if you wish.

TEACHERS : 
 
We shout one teacher for every thirty (30) students…additional teachers are welcome at just $20 each for all packages. The more the merrier, make a night of it….CHEERS.

To reduce the overall cost of your cruise, you can simply deduct the following costs per person, based on the number of persons attending the function.

With this menu the evening is cocktail party style, where casual seating is provided with the food being served by our friendly staff from trays for two hours of your Cruise, starting from your allocated Boarding time. The style of function is not as structured as a sit down formal dinner, however is more than enough to eat for all.
